Andrea Tesch is on a mission to help teens reclaim their confidence and self-worth beyond the screen. With a powerful blend of energy, humor, and authenticity, she speaks directly to the challenges youth face in today’s tech-driven world, where likes, comments, and comparisons often define self-worth. Andrea’s promise is simple yet profound: after students hear Andrea's message, they believe they are unshakably valuable, their voice matters, and even the “impossible” can become “I’m possible.”

A lifelong leader, Andrea began serving as a student leader in 8th grade and went on to become her high school’s student body president and an ambassador leadership scholarship recipient at WSU. Later, she built a six-figure business while raising three young children. Her achievements include helping Zion Red Rock grow into a multi-million–dollar property that now hosts celebrities and global leaders, emceeing events of up to 1,000 attendees, and consulting with companies and retreat leaders to spark growth and confidence.

Andrea has shared stages with well-known speakers and artists, been featured on KSL, the Standard Examiner, and FOX 13’s The Place, and was named one of the Most Influential Women on the Wasatch Front for her work empowering women to step into confidence and overcome fear.

Yet above all, Andrea’s greatest passion lies in helping youth realize that they are more than their screens, more than their fears, and more than enough. She’s the speaker who will make students laugh, think deeply, and even get on their feet, and if the moment calls for it, she might just break out her epic robotic dance moves to make any crowd come alive.
